Mark takes the time to properly explain what is going on. I never felt rushed and understood the plan from the very first visit.
Pain can wear you down and change how you live. We take the time to find what is actually causing it, explain it in plain language, and build a care plan that is right for you, without drugs or surgery.
We focus on musculoskeletal issues of the spine, joints and posture
Lower and upper back pain, stiffness and the everyday aches that build up over time.
Neck tension and stiffness, and headaches that stem from the neck.
Leg pain, tingling or numbness that starts in the lower back.
Rounded shoulders, forward head and the strain of desk-based work.
Assessment and ongoing management of spinal curvature.
Dizziness and balance issues linked to the neck (cervicogenic).
Neck and upper-back pain following a car accident or sudden knock.

A thorough assessment before any care begins
Your first visit is all about understanding what is going on. We take a detailed history, then assess how your spine, joints and posture are moving, so we can find the source of your pain rather than just chase the symptom.
We take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, past injuries and what you want to get back to doing.
A thorough check of spinal function, posture, movement and areas of restriction or imbalance.
Focused tests that help show how your joints, muscles and nerves are functioning and where your pain may be coming from.
If it is clinically required, digital X-rays can be taken on site for a clearer picture. The cost is included in your first visit.
We explain what we found in plain language and talk you through a care plan that is right for you, before anything begins.
